God does not allow the Godly to slip and fall. I pray that this is a quick reminder… …trust in Him to control what we perceive to be uncontrollable.
This pursuit of truth was the theme of 2020. A countless amount of misinformation when it came/comes to COVID-19, the Black Lives Matter movement, The Presidental Election, our country is looking for truth. However, we are looking in the wrong place.
2020 has been a year full of uncertainty, unknowing, and unrest. It is safe to say everyone has had a recent encounter with disappointment; that feeling of not being able to get up in the morning, the feeling of being afraid, and feeling discouraged is real; but how do we deal with it.
School is starting up, differently yes, but at least we have something normal, right? No. Education from kindergarten to college is looking different across the country. Should we reopen schools, or should we wait another half year to get through the pandemic? Does opening school mean we are actively exposing kids as young as five years old to COVID-19? Is that okay?
Where is the line drawn? Have we as a nation gone too far, or is this just the beginning of a movement in which we are supposed to partake in, a trend that has members protesting in the streets across America, causing $600 million in property damage, 14,000 arrests, 900- police casualties, and dozens of deaths.
